For commercial lenders & brokers

Research the people behind the guarantee.

On most small-business deals the owner is the guarantor. Ada AI researches who those owners are from state filings and other official records, links the business records they appear on, and shows the evidence for every finding so your underwriters can check it before funding.

What guarantor research covers in Ada

Ada focuses on the business side of the guarantor question: who owns and runs the borrowing entity, which filings say so, and which other business records name the same people. Each link comes with the record it came from.

It doesn't pull consumer credit, criminal or breach data, and it isn't a substitute for the credit and identity checks your underwriting policy requires.

Why evidence matters here

Two people with the same name can sit on very different filings. Ada keeps discovery and verification separate: a candidate owner is shown as a lead to check until the evidence ties them to the entity and the role.

How Ada handles evidence and sources

Discovery is not verification: owner, role and contact-channel proof are separate. Every contact field carries its source and evidence. A field without proof is never shown as verified, and research can come back partial or unresolved.

No breach data, ever. Breach and leak sources are switched off in production at the code and network level.

No data brokers unless you choose to add one. Consumer people-search sites are off by default and only run as an opt-in add-on. Research starts from official records and companies' own sites, and paid data vendors only run on research you approve.

Ada is not a consumer reporting agency. Don't use it as the basis for credit, insurance, employment or other FCRA-covered decisions.

Frequently asked questions

Does Ada pull credit reports or background checks? +

No. Ada is business research from official and company sources. Run consumer credit and identity checks through your existing FCRA-compliant providers.

Where does Ada's data come from? +

Official public records first: state business filings, UCC filings, permits, licenses, federal loan and fleet registries, plus companies' own websites and job posts. Ada's research toolkit is in-house. No breach data is ever used, and consumer people-search sources are an opt-in add-on that's off by default.

Are contacts verified? +

Only when the evidence supports it. Ada shows the source behind each name, role, email and phone, runs email and phone pre-checks, and leaves a field unverified or partial when proof is missing.

Can I use Ada for credit decisions? +

No. Ada is a business research and outreach tool, not a consumer report. Don't use it for FCRA-covered decisions such as credit approval or adverse action.
